MECONOPSIS:

SPECIES DESCRIPTION: Perennial native to Wales, SW England and Ireland; naturalised as a garden escape elsewhere. Leaves pinnately divided and stalked. Flowers are 50 to 80mm across and comprise four overlapping, yellow or sometimes orange petals appearing May to August.
